Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton is an English actress who has been known for her roles in film, such as 'Quantum of Solace' and 'The Disappearance of Alice Creed' and 'Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters'. She was born in Gravesend (Kent), Greater London She studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. The career path she chose began when she completed her studies at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. Her first appearance was with a satire titled "St. Trinian's".. Soon after, she appeared in the spies thriller "James Bond" film "Quantum'. Film was commercially successful and got mostly favorable reviews. She then played her role as the female protagonist in the action fantasy film 'Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time'. In recent times, she was an supporting role in"Orphan" in the French movie "Orphan". Her professional career has led to her being selected for awards in a variety of categories. The award she received was the prestigious Empire Award for best newcomer in Quantum of Solace and the Evening Standard Theatre Award for the role she played in Made in Dagenham.
